Thanks for joining ED-E Education. We’re building an AI-native online university that creates
personalized courses for you. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If
you don’t agree, please don’t use ED-E.
About Ed-E
Operated under the name ED-E Education (jurisdiction: South Africa).
Based in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa.
We’re currently in beta — testing, learning, and improving every day.
Eligibility
Minimum age: 13 years old.
No further restrictions — ED-E is open to learners worldwide.
Account Registration and Security
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Don’t share your account or allow unauthorized access.
We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
Please don’t:

  • Misuse ED-E’s platform or try to disrupt services.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Use ED-E for unauthorized commercial purposes.
    User Content and Intellectual Property
    ED-E’s content is AI-generated and may not always be perfect.
    All branding, technology, and course materials belong to ED-E Education.
    You own the content you upload (bios, career goals, etc.), but you give us permission to use it
    to personalize your courses.
    AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
    ED-E uses AI to generate personalized learning experiences. It’s powerful, but not perfect —
    content may evolve as we improve.
    Privacy Policy
    We don’t have a full Privacy Policy yet — but here’s the principle:
    We use your uploaded information (like bios and career goals) only to personalize your
    learning journey.
    A formal Privacy Policy will be published soon.
    Payment, Subscriptions, and Fees
    Free Trial: 3 profile updates + 1 course you can enroll in.
    Paid Subscription: 5 profile updates + 3 courses per month.
    Pay $9.00 and get access to 3 courses.
    If you’re not satisfied, you can claim a refund within 7 days — no questions asked.
    Payments are processed securely. Failure to pay may suspend your access.
    Third-Party Services
    ED-E may link to or integrate with third-party services. We’re not responsible for their content,
    policies, or practices.
    Termination and Suspension
    We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
    You may stop using ED-E at any time.
    No Warranties (“As-Is” Service)
    ED-E is provided “as is” — no guarantees.
    Limitation of Liability
    We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
    Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
